Entry-level binos
An entry-level set of NV binos: you get what you pay for.
- Solidly built, but a bit on the heavy side. Buy a lighter set if you can afford it.
- 2500+ and 2700+ FOM. Pretty nice tubes, save for one genuinely annoying spot in Zone 2 of the RH tube.
- The adjustment range for IPD is biased towards Cro-Magnons.
- Beats the heck out of running just a PVS-14.
- No really, I'm never going back to a single tube.

Best Unit Out There for Night Driving
I have taken my BNVD 40s all over the country and navigating with these while hog hunting is so easy. Whether your in a truck or side by side, these 40s perform really well. Not too heavy on your helmet, but I would recommend getting a counter-weight or battery pack for the back of your helmet if you run these. Highly recommend the BNVD 40s
Pros:
- wide FOV
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- night driving
