Excellent clip on mid range unit. Works very well with quality day time optic. Image is very clear and details up to about 6x. Focus and manual gain both function properly. It would be nice if the unit had a rail to mount the IR illuminator on it while it is mounted on a pic rail. Also a hard case would be nice to help protect the unit. Overall very pleased.

For the last two months I was thinking about buying a night vision weapon sight, but the biggest obstacle for me was a necessity to get used to a different device. I’m not a young boy, so it’s not that easy for me anymore. Every now and then I was getting back to this issue in my thoughts, but couldn’t find any solution until someone advised me to have a look at clip-on systems. I was thrilled to bits to find out that I could continue using my scope at night and enjoy great quality of picture. Now I can’t imagine hunting without my CO-X anymore. It mounts on a Weaver rail just within 15 seconds and I don’t have to look for “turn on/turn off” control every time, since I have a remote mounted right on my daytime scope. Adding to that, I don’t have to re-zero my daytime weapon sight every time I place CO-X in front of it. What’s more, I am not always able to assess level of light, so bright light cut off system saved my clip-on not once or twice. All in all, this is a top-notch unit. I do advise you to purchase CO-X!
