I am always extremely excited about each opportunity of spending time outside, especially about not just going for a walk or smth, but doing wildlife observation. Recently I made a decision of buying a device, which will allow devoting time to my hobby at nighttime as well many people state NV devices to be really helpful. I decided to try Armasight Discovery with 3x magnification. It seems to be equipped with a decent quality image tube. Also it comes with detachable IR illuminator, so even when Im in the forest or by the riverside, and theres not a slightest source of ambient light the device still does its best. With half moon I was easily getting 150 yards.

Excellent!!!
I have never found a set of NV binoculars that performed at this level. It's an excellent unit to watch night wild life. The clarity and viewing distance is amazing. The unit is light and easy to use, reliable in any weather and comfortable to hold in hands. I'm enjoying the purchase and highly recommend it!!
