Despite the remote not working properly this unit has a very good picture.got it for a very good price.I really like all different color formats that this unit has.I wish it were a little lighter but overall good unit.

Great choice
I like to know what I am buying, so before making a purchase I read a lot of information about different types and models of thermal imaging devices. I decided that the Helios 336 HD was the device I was looking for. What can I say? It was absolutely the right choice! I was looking for binoculars (as I prefer to see with both my eyes and this way feel much comfortable than with a monocular) with quite long battery life (for this feature I had to get the external battery pack), video recording function - need HD DVR for this (as I like to show my adventures to my family and friends), intuitive menu (as I hate reading manuals and prefer to find out everything on practice) and something with really good quality of performance. Well, I get everything what I wanted. The device is a little bit heavy, but it’s fine. I am fully satisfied with my choice.
