Good value but heavy! - Armasight OPMOD GEN1RS 1.0 Limited Edition Gen 1 Night Vision Rifle Scope, 3X power w/ IR Illuminator

I am pleased with the scope overall, but this sucker is very heavy and bulky. I suppose that's the price you pay for a first generation scope, though. I haven't had a chance to sight it in yet, but it was kind of cool to take out into the back yards and demonstrate to my kids how NV scopes work. One word of advice to new buyers; buy a riser when you get the scope. It makes it just about the right height for an AR.
