Excellent value - Armasight Prime 5x Gen 1+ Night Vision Monocular

Clearly this unit is not going to function as a several thousand dollar upper generation night vision monocular; however,for the price it functioned above expectations. At 100 yards with the built in IR light images have clearly discernible detail. It is important to adjust the diopter correction to get optimum picture quality. Digital night vision will be the technology of the future. The only criticism is that the built in IR light could be stronger.
Pros: For the price this unit works well.
Cons: The built in IR light could be stronger.
