Choosing a thermal imaging monocular was the hardest struggle I faced in the last year or so. I mean there are so many options available and the unit I choose should comply with all my requirements, so I had to read all the information carefully and at least twice. Prometheus-Pro

I guess a search of high quality device could be sort of a challenge for many people. I wasn’t really sure what exactly I was looking for, but could imagine what I would like to get. I was recommended several different models: some cheaper, some more expensive. Armasight Prometheus Pro caught my attention with its great range of functions and adjustments, so I made my choice.

Honestly, I haven’t tried yet some of the functions, but I am impressed anyway. Tried this toy under very different light and weather conditions hunting with friends, didn’t have any problems using the Prometheus even in heavy fog. Tried to record videos and quite pleased with the quality I get. Very comfortable button control and it was really cool to try wireless remote control as well. Very useful, lightweight and compact, love it!

Honestly, at first I was searching for something not so expensive, but after trying a few of the cheaper models, I knew that it wasn’t the quality and features I wanted to get. The Prometheus Pro is a totally different thing. Yes, the price is high, but the amount of functions is incredible. The quality and effectiveness really impressed me. Comfortable button control and simple menu help a lot too.

Meat spotter

I prefer to go with dedicated nv sight on my hog hunts, but lately spotting pigs behind bushes became crucial and it ain't easy to do with night vision technology. THis this is a game changer, I'm able to spot the prey all over from 700 yards and safely shorten the distance to make a shot without being noticed. And good thing about this scope that it has color palettes, that way I can easily distinguish a red spot among black/grey brushes from the distance. My buddy who I hunt with can't always do the same with his black and white IR Hunter. Overall scope is very handy and has tons of useful features both is software and the hardeware.

Great stalker

My buddy got a zeus pro from armasight and happy with it so far. I hunted with it couple of times and was impressed by the detection of this thing, I was able to detect a beast out of 1000 yards and on 500-600 yards I was able to see whether it is a hog or a yote. Though I prefer to shot with my MUNS, stalking an animal with a thermal imager gives me a huge adge over night vision, they just can't hide from me. So when I got my prometeus it looks as the same as zeus pro, just with no mount on it and without a reticle. Perfect scope for detecting targets on far distances.
