Serious device for night hunters
The mil spec multi-purpose night vision device PVS-14 is very popular & is produced by many optic manufacturers. The one I purchased is Armasight unit with Gen2+ HD image intensifying tube. The monocular was shipped to me with head gear for hands-free operating. The resolution that this thing gives you is incredible. There’s also an infrared illuminator that can be turned on to light up the surrounding area. It’s perfect for those with hog problems or for hunting animals that only seem to come out at night. As advertised
Best thing I can say is into functions and performs as advertised: I haven't had it out in rain yet or dropped it from a tree or ran it for 100's of hours. But, in my dark neighborhood it resolves the whole block well--allowing me to see into even the darkest shadows. At the farm sitting on rifle behind an eotech it is a hoot.

US night vision legacy
I'm very pleased with the tube performance, couldn't afford gen3 but this appeared a great bet, far more superiour than gen1 junk I used to run with. Scope comes with standard kit which includes head mount, which is awesome. I don't need helmet for airsoft, so now I don't have to think how to attach this thing to my head.
