This product allowed me the use of many of my scopes for night vision. I simply clip on my Armasight to any scope mounted on my rifles. Keep in mind, and I have not tried it, it is not recommended to be put on anything .308 and above due to the recoil severity...not sure why you'd want to shoot a .308 at night anyway.
