Customer service is deficient - FLIR Systems Thermosight Pro PTS536 4-16x50mm Thermal Imaging Weapon Sight, w/FLIR Boson 320x256 (12 micron) 60Hz Core

Bought this scope, put about 2 mags through to zero and play with. Went to hunt and show it off to the fellas and it wouldn’t turn on. Spent quite a while trying to reach FLIRs customer service. Finally got ahold of a person who didn’t hang up or transfer and scheduled my own return. Emailed and called trying to make sure they received the scope and ask what was wrong with it. Finally got a very rude phone call saying it would be at least a month since the part is on backorder and me calling and emailing wouldn’t help. I’ll never drop that kinda money on this company again. Ridiculous.
