Night vision scope - Armasight WWZ 4x Gen 1+ Night Vision Rifle Scope

Received Item in a timely manner, Scope felt well built , however when testing scope illuminated reticle lit up indicating batteries were inserted and working correctly but night vision was not operating , returned scope for exchange and am currently waiting for the return department to do their thing . Apparently they must have quite a few returns as it has been over a week since I had an e-mail confirming they had received the scope , I have contacted them numerous times to find out when the exchange scope will be sent out but am being told that it takes time to process returns . Up to this point I had ordered products from Optics Planet and had no issues , It makes no sense that it should take this long to process a return. Would not consider ordering this if needed on short notice. Will review further when replacement is received.
