I was disappointed in this product it did not perform as promoted. The night vision was poor at over 40 yards. 70 yards the no image was not visible. The light would make the prays eyes shine but could not see what it was no visibility. I sent it back for a refund still waiting to hear back from Optics Planet.....

This is not a bad NV scope for the price that you'll pay. The only drawback is the weight of the optic and the battery cap seems like it just tries to cross thread itself every time you try to screw on the cap. Overall I would buy this again and can't wait to use it on some coyotes very soon.

For the money you pay this is a good product for the entry level of night vision, everything worked good have used it on a full moon, half moon night and a cloudy full moon light and I am very satisfied with it for a gen. 1 night vision scope, only thing I will do is maybe update the IR to a long range version.

Was a little weary ordering a gen 1+ scope, but glad I did! First scope did not work, but returned to opticsplanet and they shipped me a new one. Works great, I can see well over 300 yards on a moonless night with the included IR light and even further when the moon is out. Very good scope for the money, I would buy one again in a heartbeat! I use this scope on a 7.62x39. Very easy to sight in, and stays at zero.

Ex-Military and LEO. I usually don't like buying into all the fru-fru zombie marketing but I read good reviews on this scope. Keep in mind it's price. It's not a PVS4 starlight for sure. If you buy it with that in mind, you're as unrealistic as my mother-in-law. For the money it's a solid deal. The scope has some weight to it but not too bad. Do some curls with it once you put it on your rifle to get your PT up. It has a clear and crisp reticle and good eye cup. I don't know what caliber is the max at which it'll come back and punch you in the face. I've read .308? Only issue at first is you do need some serious gorilla grip to turn the front focus, but I figure the more you use it the softer it'll get. Comes in a flimsy carry case/cover, which isn't too bad. Main thing I liked: The IR illuminator is a Heck of a deal. It's adjustable in focus and intensity, comes in a little swivel mount for adjusting on you target area. I think it alone retails almost $100.

Item is way too big for AR platform and is way to sensitve to light. Im sure in total dark it will perform better but streetlights negate the night vision aspect. Returned to seller.

This was the second night vision rifle scope I purchased from Optics Planet, the first being from a different manufacturer. It looked a little more compact than my first so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was very disappointed. On a moonlit night without using the provided IR illuminator I couldn't make out anything 25 yards away. I tried using the IR illuminator and still couldn't see anything. That was performance. The other problem was mounting. The fixed mount has four different positions for the "bar" that sets in the slots of a Weaver mount. The bar can be reversed so there's actually eight different positions, but even with eight I couldn't mount the scope where it needed to be. The scope was so far back it blocked access to the hammer on my rifle. And lastly, it was very, very heavy. I returned it for a full refund.

Out of the box amazing. Bought it for AR15 and It mounts perfect. The Armasight WWZ Scope is a high-performance, mid-range night vision weapon sight that provide excellent observational. Also comes with
an Detachable, long-range infrared illuminator with several brightness settings. If you are looking for only a night vision riffle scope this one for the price is SPOT on!!

Very good gen 1 scope, a few buddies have atn scopes and this one is much better. The optics are clear and the reticle crisp. For the price this optic is very good. You won't regret the purchase if you're not expecting a gen 3 scope.

This is not super light weight NV scope it has some weight to it, it is an excellent well built Night vision system, mine came with the IR 810 illuminator, works great, have not used it for hunting yet, but that will be coming soon, some yotee's are not going to survive the night.
Pros:
- excellent night vision and IR illuminator work good for longer distances
