Best captured recoil spring, in my opinion. The kit comes with the weights you need to balance the recoil and the bolt.. if you're going to buy it buy the whole kit.
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- The only con is it might not work properly on some rifles without removing the buffer spring retaining pin.. but the pro is once you remove it, you have a spring that's captured that puts tension on the bolt, which prevents light strikes
