Quality lower kits are hard to find at a reasonable price, most are just junk. Armaspec is the exception. Great price, a quality product, really what more could you want? I will definitely buy it again!
Pros:
- Great price and superior quality!
Cons:
- I have not bought one sooner

I've bought two of these kits from another distributor for around $45 each and have used most parts other than the takedown pins (I've not tried yet) and I find them to be very good, especially the safety selector. For the same cost as the Radian safety, which I use on most builds, I really like the 45 throw of the Armaspec and it is very ergonomic and feels so good pressing I keep examining it to see if it is rubber-coated, and it snaps in position perfectly with the included detents and springs. I think for $45 it's worth the safety selector alone with the other parts as a bonus. I find the detents and springs just fine and don't see the issues other negative reviews have experienced. The trigger guard is made of aluminum and is curved for a nice appearance.
Pros:
- Safety selector
- stainless parts

When you finish your 80% receiver all of the holes obviously are not coated so you see an outline of bare aluminum around each drilled holes including the selector switch, hammer and trigger pins. This kit with the ambidextrous safety and the captured fire control group pins cover all of those for a more finished look.

Just says the title says, it is much more to your benefit to save your money from buying this kot and buy battle arms development parts instead. I have had nothing but issues with this kit. The buffer retainer pin is not to spec and the buffer extends past it and hits the bolt carrier group when closing the upper receiver. The pins are too tight, and require hammering in and out. The safety selector does not have firm enough detent dimples and and is very dangerous as it does not lock securely in the safe position, allowing the safety to be rotated to fire far too easily. This is one of those by once cry once deals for me. I wish I would’ve listen to the negative reviews before purchasing. Bought two of these kits and used them in two separate rifles, swapping them back-and-forth to no avail. Parts were always junk. They’re not even worth saving, even the detents they give you are garbage.

Pins too big for upper, safety to big for lower, trigger guard roll pin would not go in. Please don't buy this. I wanted to love it but can't. This is quite simply the worst lower parts kit I have ever bought.

Opened the box to find a missing takedown pin. After that while going ahead and putting the pivot pin in, the pin will not go to the whole for the aero ar15 upper receivers. Upper will fit on every other lower I have with using 3 different brands parts kit.
Best Used for:
- Saying you have a parts kit

I dont care what people say, u get what you pay for. Kit was just averge, nothing fancy. Seems to work. Color was good (black). One of my kits had a take down pin that was out spec but armaspec has great customer service n i received a new set in like 2 days. Safety and take down not very positive and like another guy said..."kinna mushy"

Like the title of the review says it's worth every penny you're going to spend on it...the safety alone is well worth the money, stainless steel detents, excellent machining and everything that you need except the trigger and grip..I love these lower parts kits and use them for damned near everything I build.

well just like the title of the review says it is the best LPK I've found and it comes with one the best and most affordable ambidextrous safety on the market today, the detents are Stainless steel and the fit, finish, packaging and function are on point for sure..wide range of colors available too so for the AR hobbyist this is the best choice for building them at home.
