Retains the ASP and rotates
The scabbard holds the ASP perfectly on the duty belt. The scabbard rotates with little resistance that helps you getting into or out of a vehicle or tight places. It is also adjustable on the tension on the release of the ASP. Has a release clip to remove from the duty belt.
