This small device is great for mobile field force operations when dealing with large crowds. I have used one for removing many flex cuffs over the years and decided to buy a backup. It is small and easy to use. fits in a pocket or pouch without getting in the way. Would recommend a leash to avoid loosing it and marking it so your partners don't make off with it because they will want one when they try it. The key to this device is the ability to remove Flex Cuffs without risking injury to skin. This is great alternative to knives or scissors and avoids costly lawsuits. It feels kinda flimsy and can feel like you might break it if you crank on it too hard. I have yet to break one during proper use. Don't just buy one, buy two cause if you loose it your going to kick yourself when you need it.

A little pricey for plastic and a small cutting blade, does work well. Also a bit hard to open and close quickly.
