Extremely disappointed – no support for faulty product - Astra Optix HBX1600B Laser 10x42mm Rangefinder Roof Prism Binoculars

I recently purchased the Astra Optix HBX1600B rangefinder and was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, the device developed issues shortly after purchase. I attempted to contact Astra Optix for support through email, phone, and live chat, but never received any response—not even an acknowledgment.
It’s incredibly frustrating to invest in a product that fails and then be completely ignored by the company. Based on my experience, Astra Optix does not stand behind their products. It feels like they’re selling junk and disappearing when customers need help.
