Great scope
I've used this for a couple of months on my AR.
Clear glass, nice bright reticle, and easy to use with my old eyes. It's heavier than a red dot, but it also makes long distance shooting much easier so I'm OK with the tradeoff

Almost good!
First off its built very well, but the riser is a bit too short and as you can see its built into the optic. Second the battery is dead when you pull it out to use it every time even with the illumination turned off while not in use. Everything else is good. I would not purchase this again since ...

I so much wanted to love this optic...
One of the main things I didn't like (or realize) is that this mounts lower than your standard 1/3 co-witness height. I found it difficult to quickly get a good eye box.
But the main reason I ended up returning it was because the top 1913 rail section was out-of-spec. I couldn't get any red dot to tighten all the way. The reticle was also a bit odd. It looked canted or "twisted" and off-center. It also didn't illuminate evenly throwing off precision shots.
I sooooo much wanted to love this optic. The glass is very crisp and I like the BDC reticle although it may be a bit too thin. I would compare this to my Burris AR-332. The Burris being more durable, better-built with more reticle illumination options and the AT3 possibly having better glass. If looking for one of these old-school, larger but probably more durable prism sights, I'd go with the no-hassle lifetime warranty Burris.

Pros:
- clear glass
- Nice reticle design
Cons:
- top rail was out-of-spec
- reticle looked twisted or canted
- lower than 1/3 co-witness mount
Would recommend: No
superb clarity and field of view
I love prism optics. Especially those that provide a 12:00 mount for a Red Dot. This stacks up very well against The Burris AR332. The etched radical guarantees an aiming solution no matter what and the illumination is a bonus. Stacked up against the Burris, this one is 1 oz lighter but it doesn't feel as rugged. It also sits very low. Lower than 1/3 co-witness but the glass and the reticle are very clear. Hopefully the durability stands the test of time.
Pros:
- clear glass
- etched and illuminated reticle
- 12:00 Red Dot mount
Cons:
- None
Would recommend: Yes
