Perfect scope for plinking - Athlon Optics Neos 4-12x40mm 1in Tube Rifle Scopes, Second Focal Plane

Purchased for my 1974 Marlin Model 99 semi-auto 22LR, to replace 4x Bushnell that came with the gun. After finding ammo that produced 1/2" groups at 50 yards (SK High Velocity), wanted to up my optics game. The Athlon Neos has amazing glass for this price, side focus, parallax down to 10 yards, and is sized to fit my smaller carbine. The scope punches above its weight and can easily go on a better gun.
