Great value
Recently purchased this as an extra setup to run while hog hunting. For the money it’s definitely featured packed. It’s a great entry level scope. For 150yds and in, it has worked flawlessly. It has video recording, wifi app with video,1 shot sight in, qd mount, multiple hot colors, and several reticle options. Easy 1 shot sight in. With the qd mount it can be used as a monocular to scan as well. I’m definitely happy with what I got for the money I spent.
Quality Thermal for the Price
For a "beginner" thermal , which I've seen people call it, this thermal is awesome. Comes with a nice case, two batteries, charger, power cord with block. Alot packed into a thermal for the price. Not sure why people say the image quality isn't good, read on different websites, platforms. I'm sure they haven't read the manual but if you twist the end of the thermal it will focus the image on the screen. I could clearly see the difference between a coyote and deer at well over 300 yards. It was -24 degrees here this past weekend with the windchill and we hunted from 8pm until 4am and 1 battery lasted the whole hunt. The thermal has a built in battery as well. The app works great, it records great video. Would recommend buying and will definitely be buying more athlon products in the future.

A great budget thermal
I'm new to the thermal optics so with that said I really like this scope I found after reading the manual and a little of trial and error it works great the optic has a lot of options.

- The recording video turns on sometimes when you are trying access the setup menu.
Best Used for:
- Night hunting or shooting in total darkness.
