Better than Kaibabs
Side by side these are better than vortex Kaibab. They are clearer and better glare resistance. Looked close to the sun, typically where I'm glassing, and it sold me INSTANTLY. Zero glare and zero wash out. Low light performance is also as good as Kaibab if not slightly better. Great glass Athlon
Magnificent Binoculars
My wife and I are going on a three week African safari in January. I wanted a good pair of binoculars and found that I could handle a pair of 15x Swarovski's. I thought the optics of my wife's Athlon Midas 10x were excellent. The Athlon Cronus 15x56mm Binoculars are better than my wife's. They shine under low light conditions. I have watched hummingbirds 250 yards away defends their place in the tree tops. I can even make out from their green heads that they are Anna's Hummingbirds. Colors are vivid. Images are sharp edge to edge. I can make out the nuances of feathers. The focal range is fantastic. These are going to make the safari such a joy. All I need now is a reliable way to connect an iPhone 16 Pro to the binoculars to quickly move among the lenses so I don't need to carry a Nikon and 200-500mm lens.

Definitely a great set
For a set of 15x you cant go wrong with these and for $700. Easily compare to a $1500 set. Great end to end view and clear. Great eye relief that click into place. Great glass at a "budget price" Must buy, don't hesitate!
