the parallax adjustment has my old Mossberg 4x4 270 tearing one ragged hole at 25 yards with 3 shot groups.

For the price this is a very good scope that third one

I use my Savage B Mag 17WSM for varmaint hunting and sometimes have to make long range shots. I dropped it and messed up the scope. I replaced the scope with a Athlon Neos 6-18x44. I had seen several reviews where the Athlon Neos would give me more bang for my buck than the Crossfire Vortex (which is what I had). I agree 100% with those reviews. It has more features and is clearer. It has easier adjustments. I didn’t even bore sight it and was able to zero it in with a minimal number of rounds. I am very glad I made this purchase.

scope is very clear up to 12 power havent took to range yet looking forward to it

Ordered this in place of a Vortex I was going to order ( have many Vortex Scopes) most ordered from Optics Planet. I have always had very good experiences with them. Received this scope and did a preliminary view through the scope across the yard (30yrds or so). Installed this scope and took to the range on a .22lr. At 50yrds the scope was useless. Could not get a clear, focused image at all. Didn’t bother to even pull the trigger to try and zero the scope. It was absolutely pointless. Contacted Optics Planet to return and was told since the product was installed that it can’t be returned. How do you know if a rifle scope is fictional if you don’t install it???? Anyway I wanted to return the scope and use the money towards the Vortex I should have ordered in the first place. (Optics Planet exclusive Diamondback 4-16). But had to just eat the cost. Disappointing to think there really is no way of knowing if a scope is any good if you don’t install it. Not to say it can’t be resolved but they leave the burden on the customer to contact the manufacturer . Again have had very good experiences with Optics Planet in the past. However after eating the cost of the new Vortex I received an email saying it will be 5-7 WEEKS before it ships……� yuck……… what else should I say???

Have not had a chance to mount scope yet but it seems to be very clear and bright and should work great on my lever gun

Seems to be very bright and well constructed. Have not installed yet, but should be able to do soon.
