purchased this scope for .30 cal. FX indy.I like this scope. turrets track well but are mushy. this scope is first focal plane,which combined with reticle style is very functional in the field.This scope is on a par to be competitive with comparable mid price vortex second focal plane scopes.So the talos IMHO is worthy of a close look.I feel like I got a lot for my money.Very happy with it!
Pros:
  • Good glass and reticle
  • good warranty/glass/reticle/andmore
Cons:
  • mushy turrets
  • mushyturrets/no zero stop
Best Used for:
  • Any rifle
