Excellent optics for your ar-10 / ar-15 (vortex, sears 'craftsman' like warranty service) - Athlon Optics Talos 4-16x40mm 1in Tube Rifle Scope, Seconad Focal Plane

I really like companies like Athlon and Vortex. Both put out american designed / internationally sourced scopes, but both have American service employees to handle all claims and quickly get you anything you need resolved.

Anyway, about the scope. Very nice quality, excellent coatings / glass, really nice click turrets with coin-adjustable top, and caps. Lastly, who doesn't love glass etched reticles, that are illuminated for easy viewing. The eyebell ocular is nice for old eyes like mine.

Side adjustment parallax focus also works well.

Happy Hunting. You need no more scope than this. Period. 3-12x edition is also nice. Next purchase would be FLIR night optics, so save cash for that and skip the Leupold or other overpriced brand names...
