Mequon-Mike's Review of American Tactical Imports FXH 1911 OPTIC ADAPTER SET
The plate mounting surface rises 3 mm from the top of the slide; thus, preventing one from cowitnessing their rear suppressor sight with the Vortex Venom. The kit comes with three different mounting footprints but the best one for the 1911 is missing— the RMSc. All three are too wide. They look clunky on the pistol. I had to wait over 2 months for order to be shipped because it’s always out of stock.
Pros:
- only option for FXH-45
Cons:
- too tall for cowitnessing
- too wide for 1911 pistol

- Target acquisition
