Functions Like OEM

Written on Aug 26, 2025

I purchased five of them. I can’t tell the difference between the original Glock 21 magazines and these clones. They functioned flawlessly.

Perfect Fit for Ruger LC 45 Carbine

Written on Aug 14, 2025

There is a Picatinny rail in front of the trigger guard, and the vertical grip appears to be designed for it. I don’t like my left hand extended while I am shooting so this device suits me perfectly. The bottom doesn’t have a cover. The fastener uses a 2.5 mm Allen wrench.

Perfect for VZ-58 Rifle

Zahal makes a light fixture that attaches to the bayonet lug. This LED flashlight fits it perfectly.

incompatible with Ruger LC 45 carbine

It wiggles back and forth 1/8 inch. Otherwise, build and quality is acceptable for self defense use. Adjustable locking nut is a circle— not hexagonal— making it difficult to hold secure.

Too Tall Even for Supressor Sights

Written on Oct 24, 2024

The plate mounting surface rises 3 mm from the top of the slide; thus, preventing one from cowitnessing their rear suppressor sight with the Vortex Venom. The kit comes with three different mounting footprints but the best one for the 1911 is missing— the RMSc. All three are too wide. They look clunky on the pistol. I had to wait over 2 months for order to be shipped because it’s always out of stock.

REM870 OEM Fit

Perfectly matched to my shotgun. Light is blinding and switch is easily accessible. Like all aftermarket forends, length 4 inches shorter than OEM.

2 Locking screws in the back are a pain

Written on Sep 19, 2024

To adjust the red dot, you need to loosen the 2 fasteners in the rear. Once you’re sighted in, you need to tighten them to hold zero. The problem is the rear sight blocks access to the locking screws, so you either have to remove the rear sight or take out the red dot. I like the lifetime warranty and the fact that it’s a proven reliable product. So many of my shooting buddies own this so I figured I had to have one.

Best Bang for the Bang

Written on Nov 10, 2023

The 32 MOA circle with cross hair is the fastest and easiest on the eye for target acquisition. Reliability matches that of reflex sights priced 2x higher. So what if it’s a bit wide? It’s the best bang for the buck RMR out there. I purchased four of them.

Dead on Arrival

I bought the P.ID because the brand was well known for the quality of their products. Imagine my surprise when it wouldn’t work. I charged the battery until the indicator light turned green. I read the instructions to make sure the battery was oriented correctly. However, there was nothing I could do to activate the light.
