It works for the bipod I bought it for and seems to be good quality. It comes with Loctite on the screws, but that isn't shown in the photo for this item.

Better than quick detach in my opinion

Very sturdy attachment. Made of quality material. This is the only way to attach bipod to the fife I really prefer m-lok over the sling stud attachment.
