Atn customer service came through for me - ATN 1,000 yard Auxiliary Ballistic Laser Rangefinder for Smart HD Scopes

I just received my 2nd ATN ABL 1000 from Optics Planet. Unfortunately, both products were unable to connect to my ATN 4K Pro scope via bluetooth. I called ATN and Oliver Vallero had me perform a series of diagnostics. In a short time, it was determined that the ABL would need to be sent back to ATN for replacement. He sent me an email, requesting basic info then shortly thereafter, I received an RMA # and a pre-paid shipping label from FedEx. Oliver mode the process very quick and simple.
