Excellent Product

This makes the use of my ATN 4K Pro scope, a piece of Cake. I havent jad any issues with this product, but of I did, I wouldn't hesitate to call ATn's customer service. They are too notch. Oliver Vallero helped me with issues on both my scope and my ABL. Thank you again, Oliver. I won't hesitate calling customer service again if needed.

ATN Customer Service Came Through for Me

I just received my 2nd ATN ABL 1000 from Optics Planet. Unfortunately, both products were unable to connect to my ATN 4K Pro scope via bluetooth. I called ATN and Oliver Vallero had me perform a series of diagnostics. In a short time, it was determined that the ABL would need to be sent back to ATN for replacement. He sent me an email, requesting basic info then shortly thereafter, I received an RMA # and a pre-paid shipping label from FedEx. Oliver mode the process very quick and simple. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service representative. Thank you, Oliver.

Excellent Customer Service & Product

I've had my 4k Pro Scope since March of 2018. I have never had an major issues except for the "OK button" not functioning properly on occasion. The "OK button" recently stopped working and would function as if it was a "left arrow button". I spoke with Oliver Vallero from ATN. He was a pleasure to deal with. After running a few short diagnostics, he determined that I would need to send the scope in for service and/or replacement. He sent me an email and asked for some basic info then quickly issued an RMA and free shipping label so I could return it. I truly believe that ATN is really striving to make the issues right with their customers.
