Talked to Rod Gerard at customer service this morning who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He decided my Thor LTV needed to be sent in. Very diligent in getting me all set up for my return package. I’ve already taken several nighttime hogs with this thermal scope. Very satisfied.

I've had the ATN X-Sight 5 LRF 5-25x for a little over a year and I'm pretty happy with it so far. Had a slight issue and will need to send it in for a warranty claim, but Rod Gerard was extremely helpful with getting that process started. Answering questions that I had, and explaining what information was needed

The video was going fuzzy like it was snowing and the colors were off. This would happen after being on for a bit and sometime would turn on this way, sometimes the colors are fine. Although I was frustrated that my new scope had a problem, I was genuinely impressed by the excellent customer service I received. Rod Gerard was prompt, courteous, and extremely easy to work with. He took care of everything quickly, including creating my RMA and return label, which made the process smooth and stress-free. It’s always refreshing to deal with someone who is so responsive and helpful. Rod Gerard provided top-notch service, and I truly appreciate the support. Made me feel way better knowing that they have great customer service.

The ATN X Sight 4K Pro 3 14x50mm honestly exceeded my expectations. The picture during the day is extremely clear and the night vision is just as impressive. It stays sharp in low light without getting grainy, which makes a big difference when it actually matters. The zoom range is very usable and works well for both closer shots and stretching things out a bit.

What really makes this scope stand out are the features. The ballistic calculator is a huge help and takes a lot of the guesswork out of longer shots. The recoil activated recording works exactly how it should and being able to capture footage is a great bonus. The app connection is simple and makes it easy to adjust settings or review videos without messing around. Battery life has also been solid and dependable.

I did run into an issue where my scope malfunctioned, so I had to reach out to customer service. Rod Gerard really stood out. His communication was excellent from start to finish. Quick responses, clear answers, and he stayed on top of everything to make sure the issue was handled properly. He made what could have easily been a frustrating situation simple and stress free.

Overall, this was a great purchase. The scope performs the way it should and the level of service from Rod made all the difference. Highly recommend both.

Scope worked 100% as advertised in daytime conditions, but I had issues with nighttime performance—there was none. Contacted ATN and they immediately offered an upgraded illuminator, free of charge. I was skeptical that was the issue, but it completely solved the problem. Great customer service.
