Thor 4 2.5-25 640 - ATN X-Sight 4K Pro Edition 3-14x50mm Smart HD 30mm Tube Day/Night Rifle Scope

I have owned the THoR 4 for almost 3 years and have had to send it back 3 times. I must say that ATN customer service was very responsive. This las week I submitted a repair request by email from the website. I heard from Rod Gerard the next day. He asked for some documents showing date of purchase. The next day I received an email response followed shortly by a FEDex RMA label to return the scope. Whether it gets fixed is TBD but Rod was very responsive. I have found ATN's customer service to be very good.
