Bought this thermal a while ago and have had VERY good service from Rod Gerard. He quickly addressed my issue and sent me out the replacement part (rubber eyepiece)before I knew it.
ATN might cost more than other NV or thermals but you won't get any better service! It's an investment I'm glad I paid for. Buy once cry once. Don't buy the cheap knock off Chinese made stuff. But quality products and the service that comes with it.
