Great Thermal on a Budget
Pretty amazing what this optic offers at this price point. Wasn't possible 3 years ago.
Fairly lightweight and well balanced. Image quality is good and the sensor updates frequently.
The unit is a little noisy when it updates which some people find annoying.
I did not use QD mount for my setup but since the unit uses 30mm rings I had plenty of other mounts available to use.
All thermals eat battery and while I typically don't use it long enough per session to need it, if you go out for a long night with this I would look into a battery pack.
I like most of the reticle options and zero'ing the optic is fairly simple.
Really good choice for anyone looking to pickup an inexpensive thermal unit with good performance.

Great Entry Level Thermal
I put this on an AK and worked great. Zeroed it in three shots and was grouping in a four inch diameter at 50 meters. It probably wouldn’t be good for distances over 100-150 meters, but for me, that’s all I need. Very happy with this optic.

Misleading Description
The item description says ATN OPMOD ThOR LT 3-6x50mm. What I received was a 3-6x19mm. I had already mounted and zeroed the scope in before I realized the error. Optics Planed did offer to let me return it or get a discount to keep it. I elected for the discount because of the trouble of unmounting and returning the item and fearing I would get the same thing back again due to the description error. The picture is not as clear as I had hoped it would be, but it is the low end Thermal so I can't really complain. It only has two choices of display: White hot and Black hot, no color. This deal was on sale and came with the quick disconnect mount for free. It is satisfactory for hunting big game (Hogs/cayotes) at less than 100 yds. Identification gets a little difficult past that range. The one shot zero does work and saves ammo.

Nice scope for the money. None of the stuff I wasn't going to use. Picture quality not as good as on their scopes costing $1000's more but good enough to tell exactly what you are looking at. Had a card in the box telling me to update the firmware before use but no place to do that on this model.

Digital Thermal Scope
This is my first thermal scope. It was the most affordable I've ever found and it is COOL! Haven't hunted with it yet but it works well. You can really see the difference in heat signatures. Can't wait to get it out in the field. Thank you.

Game Changer
I have been wanting a thermal sight for a couple of years now, but my budget wouldn't allow it. I found this one on sale (over $400.00 off) on Optics Planet and decided now was the time. I am really glad I did. This sight is everything it is advertised as. Very easy to zero and simple to use. I tested it out last night and could see and identify a rabbit at around 100 yards. I have feral hogs that come onto my yard at night from time to time. This thermal sight will solve that problem really quick.

First thermal
I originally planned to put this on a crossbow but the included scope mount didn’t fit the rail. For the price, this thing is FUN!! Not all the bells and whistles but I don’t really need to record my shots. Definitely not a long range scope but inside 100y it’s clear.

Great value
I got this on sale through Optics Planet. It was missing the OPMOD custom reticle but Customer Service was great and offered to refund it or offer a rebate if I kept it. I took the rebate and went out to the field and dropped my 1st ever hog. 100+ yard shot in the rain at night and the thermal did great.
