Affordable innovations for Civilians and Law Enforcement
Compact Thermal Optics are a new and coming wave of technology getting into the hands of hunters and law enforcements. The ability to see game in a field full of grass and trees and law enforcements being able to detect hiding suspects are very advantageous. I picked this up and was impressed how it came. The OTS came in a Pelician type case, well protected. The OTS is able to see clearly during day or night and detect temperature difference. Tons of powe in a small package!
This is a great compliment for my AR that features an ATN Mars 4X. The OTS helps me detect targets and I finish them off with the Mars. It is a great one two punch, albeit an expensive one two punch...

Overall great product. Menus are easy to use. Gets the job done. Only wish these thermals can be a tad cheaper. 2 k plus more for the atn odin just because its head/weapon mountable really... Basically check pros and cons.
Pros: compact, rugged, easy to use menus, nice 800 by 600 display, field of view decent for thermal.
Cons: lense upgrades expensive, battery usage, no accessories for head mounting, weapon mounting, or neck lanyards
