We have been able to do some driving and hiking in extreme low light situations and this unit has been proven to preform and show so much more light to the naked eye. 100 % recommend the auto gate and manual gain to peak the performance of this unit. By far the most budget intro unit to get you the most experience to expand your knowledge on these units for future expansion.
