Thor 4, 7x28 thermal rifle scope - ATN ThOR 4 7-28x75mm Thermal Smart HD Rifle Scope

I recently purchased this scope and immediately had problems. The screen had three white lines in the view finder which could not be removed, when I contacted ATN about it I had trouble reaching their Tech department. In fact I left messages asking for help that were not returned. I shipped the scope back after talking with customer service, they sent a replacement. I was able to start the scope twice, on the third time the scope would not turn on. I ended up sending the scope back and asked for a refund. Quality control at ATN is a problem, I'm sure they produce a good product but Two out of Two defective scopes speaks loudly about their inspection of the product prioe to shipping.
