The best out there
I've bought it when my Pulsar Trail XQ got damaged in a car accident last year, so I can compare. These 2 units are quite similar: they both have mathematical range calculation model instead of a laser rangefinder, regular firmware updates, video recording, WiFi streaming and remote controls (for AT...

ThOR 4, 7x28 Thermal Rifle scope
I recently purchased this scope and immediately had problems. The screen had three white lines in the view finder which could not be removed, when I contacted ATN about it I had trouble reaching their Tech department. In fact I left messages asking for help that were not returned. I shipped the s...

I have a lot of ATN products over the years. Day/night scopes and thermals. Easy to use and understand. The company even puts on a web class on how to use the product. Good warranty and when something goes wrong they get back to you and stand by the product.

ATN Thor 4 7-28 384
Nice scope, can see a mile with it. Had a small issue with updating software with sd card, but plenty of info online. Bought this after using my buddy’s Thor 4 4x40 640. It will be used for predator and pig hunting.

ATN ThOR4 7-28x
This ATN ThOR4 7-28x was a bless when I went hunting. I didn't used it as my hunting scope due to hunting restrictions but it allowed me to use it as a thermal monocular to safely find the game and avoid a mishap with other hunters during the hunt. The Thermal adaptability to the area was great and very well defined. I recommend this scope for longer range hunts in open fields due to the zoom power range. I'm currently
looking forward to change my current setup to the ThOR 4 2-8x for closer hunts.
Thank you Jacob Maynard for the outstanding ATN Tech/RMA Support for my ThOR 4 Thermal 384x288 7-28x Scope. Hands down ATN have an awesome online and on the phone support. All of my questions were answered and my unit is been taken cared of. Looking forward to get another ATN product.

Own the Night
I LIKE these scopes , finishing up my 3rd year of thermal hunting and it’s a good thing I have retired cuz this is all I want to do now. I just upgraded to the 7-28x75 and a 4-40x75 from a 4.5-18x50 and a 5-10 LT to get more recognition detail and wow! The 4.5-18 was awesome and I took hundreds of kritters with it but these 75 mm lenses are great. I have glitch with the 4-40 but Jacob and Ethan have been all in with handling my issue. Customer service is usually pretty good with most hunting products but these guys are way up on the list for satisfaction and speed witch means a lot to me because I hunt year round. Thumbs up guys . Also Works great in day time.
Pros:
- Simple to operate after a short learning curve, pictures and videos easy and the ABL range finder addition is great tool
Cons:
- Let you know when I find one
Best Used for:
- any time you need to see a varmint fast day or night

Very capable, but complicated
This scope is beautifully crafted, quite capable, and heavy! Very bright imaging (I have mine turned down to the lowest setting).
The scope is appropriate for technical shooters who are willing to take the time to note the roll, angle, range... to place one shot exactly where it needs to go. It is not right for snap shooters who just need to get a shot off at close range. Thus, I would not recommend this scope for tactical shooting. But for longer distances? Bad weather? A need for precise bullet placement? Yes.
Side note: the scope in the box was missing a minor item (USB weather cover) and also needed some additional programming that was not covered in the instructions or online. Customer service from ATN (and especially Kenny Acres) was superb! They responded quickly and effectively to solve my issues.
If you download and use the software for managing your scope, the U.S. Dept of Justice will be aware that you own this scope.

ATN Day/Night Scope
I saw the scope in a gun store while browsing and mentioned it to my wife. I got the scope for Christmas. When I first turned the scope on, it had an error code on it, and I could not get it to go away. I reached out to Kenny Acres on the technical side for help. He walked me through a hard reset for the compass and after that, it has worked as it should. He also gave me a few other options to try, just in case the first option did not work. So far, the scope works as advertised and sighting it is one of the easiest scopes I've ever sighted in.

buy nothing from this company
Every thermal scope I bought was junk. Either it couldn't be sighted in, the screen would turn off for no apparent reason, and you couldn't see a coon at under 50 yards. They will NOT give a full refund even though it says on the website that they do. Junk from a junk company.
Pros:
- Nothing
Cons:
- everything
Best Used for:
- nothing

Thor 4 Testing and Review
Received my Thor 4 after some delay on shipment but well worth the wait. Product was missing the charging cable, but call to Auston Burton at ATN quickly resolved that problem and mailed one right out. I have had no problems in mounting or using the scope, especially after remembering the old adage "when all else fails, read the instructions"
