Zero customer support from atn and wifi app does not work! - ATN ThOR 4 1-10x19mm Thermal Smart HD Rifle Scope

First let me say that Optics Planet is great! Every experience I've had with Optics Planet has been excellent. Five Stars.

ATN on the other hand is a different story. The scope itself is great. The reason for the poor review is because not all of the features that are promised work. One of the biggest selling points for myself was that I could stream live feed to any android device. I downloaded the ATN Obsidian app and connected my phone (Samsung S8+ on Android 8.0 Oreo) to the scope's WiFi. Nothing... It does NOT work!

When I tried to contact ATN Customer Support through email, phone and live chat, I got ZERO response from the company. I've tried to contact them on multiple occasions, still nothing. It's like customer support doesn't exist!

So if you want a thermal scope that does everything they say it will, minus the live stream, this is an excellent choice. If you want to live stream your feed to your phone, pick something besides ATN!
