Junk right out of the box - ATN ThOR 4 1.5-15x25mm Thermal Smart HD Rifle Scope

Junk right out of the box brand spanking new. She would constantly freeze up, even with no sd card, blue tooth turn off. Latest firmware installed. Also it froze a image over what I was currently looking at, so two images laying on each other. Customer service was poor. They did accept it back and "fixed it", the four screws that hold it together in the middle had been removed, hence the paint gone. So I summized the replaced her brains. However it still does the same thing. Filled out a second RMA request and they have not replied after 3 weeks. The optic is less than one year old.
