X-sight 5 not working and called ATN. Talked with Kelly Prince and she was more than helpful. I misunderstood her instructions and missed getting my information back to her timely and she continued to help me. She was patient and made the whole process to fix my issue very easy.

Product is good. Little to no issues. Battery life is better than expected. Use it for predator hunting. I have used 3 brands, I enjoy the ATN. Setup and functions are easy to navigate. Kelly Prince was a delight for customer service.

ATN and ATN Customer Service

I now own (2) ATN X-Sight 4K Pro scopes. I love the product. Customer service is awesome. My issues while small was alway resolved in a timely and professional way. Kelly Prince is the best customer service rep. She is very knowledgeable of ATN’s products and how to make sure the customer is happy.
Pros:
  • can record audio and video
  • Gives that extra 30mins - 1 hour before sun rise and after sunset.
  • Clear 4k playback on phone
Cons:
  • Gets a little grainy when zooming in
Best Used for:
  • Evening deer hunting

Happy with the scope butt...

I'm very happy with the scope, but the long range IR laser I got did not work well at all. The light that came with the scope worked better. The customer service has been good to work with so far and I'm currently awaiting my new lights to test.

REPAIR ISSUE

CALLED CORP FOR INFO ON AN ISSUE WITH THIS SCOPE, VERY HELPFUL AND DIRECT WITH NEEDED QUESTIONS. THEY WERE READY TO HELP GET THIS DEVICE TO THEM FOR REPAIR. REPAIR DONE ON A TIMELY BASIS AND RETURNED PROMPTLY. THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.

I RECOMMEND THEM FOR PURCHASE AND WARRANTY BACKUP TO SOLVE ANY ISSUES.

I like the binox if they work right. But have had two pair so for that I have had to send back. I do have a thermal scope that I love. So far I kinda wish id have gotten the day night scope.
