X-sight 5 not working and called ATN. Talked with Kelly Prince and she was more than helpful. I misunderstood her instructions and missed getting my information back to her timely and she continued to help me. She was patient and made the whole process to fix my issue very easy.
atn thermal
I own three atn thor thermal scopes and been using them for ten years. I owned Pulsar and AGM. The customer service and quality of ATN products out shines any other thermal companies out there. I will forever own ATN scopes. Along with all my friends and family. My last scope was out of warranty and they still went over and beyond to help me. Night Life
This scope is amazing. I enjoy the optics and it is very easy to swap between rifles with the one shot Zero. I had an issue and Kelly from ATN made it very easy to return to have the warranty work completed on my scope.

Thor 5 XD Review
The scope is excellent, very clear at night and has decent range. Lots of niceties, easy to navigate the control panel. One issue ATN should consider fixing is the QDM mount does not hold the scope tight to the picatinny rail. ATN should include hard mount rings in their standard package. Doe to the large lens, the 5 XD requires a 3' offset so it is not easy to find an alternate mounting method. ATN's customer service is taking care of my issue and Kelly Prince was easy to work with. ATN is sending hard mount brackets

Great customer service
I lost the eye cup to my scope while pig hunting last week. I called ATN to order a replacement and Kelly was very helpful. The big surprise was that I wasn't charged for the replacement. Good costumer service is hard to find these days.
