Kelly Prince provided excellent customer service! She was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with ATn 5th Gen products(XSight 5 LRF and Thor 5 XD LRF) has not been great! I’m a huge ATN fan but the quality of the 5th gen along with the fact the app still doesn’t offer the functionality it advertises having is quite disappointing. I’ve had to return my Thor 5 for now the third time and it took 4 times to get the xs5 right. I’m very disappointed in the 5th gen quality. But again, Kelly was amazing to deal with and helped me this round.
