Atn x-sight 5 and customer service - ATN Thor 5 XD LRF 4-40x 1280x1024 12 Micron Smart HD Thermal Rifle Scope, 30mm Tube w/ Xtreme Definition 1.3 Megapixel Sensor

I have thoroughly enjoyed this product, and its quality. However, what has made this product even better is the customer service. As with many new products, there were a few small issues with firmware, but in working with Kelly Prince over at ATN customer support, I was able to get things cleared up within thirty minutes. Kelly listened to my issues and worked hard to get them fixed so that I could use my scope that night to hunt. Customer service sells products for me, and with ATN there is no shortcoming in the customer service area.
