Ordered a Thermal Monocular that unfortunately arrived with no charger and the focus ring was jammed and wouldn't move. I spoke with Kelly Prince via e-mail and she had ma an RMA and shipping label that day. Super helpful and very communicative, helping me get my issue resolved. I would definitely buy from ATN and OpticsPlanet again. Kelly Rocks!
