Larry Smith's Review of ATN ThOR-HD 1.5-15x 25 mm Thermal Imaging Rifle Scopes
The scope failed to power up after less than an hour total run time. I was familiarizing myself with my new toy by reading the manual, turning the scope on and doing what I just read, turn off and repeat. After about an hour of this treatment the unit failed to power up. Thinking it might be the batteries I tried a new set, then another new set. No luck the thing had genuinely crapped out. I am returning it and taking a chance by exchanging it for another ATN but an upgraded model. I hope this isn't indicative of what can be expected from ATN.
Pros:
- Everything worked as expected and I thought I was falling in love.
Cons:
- It quit working after an hour and the love affair was over.
Best Used for:
- paper weight
