My ATN 4 HD 4-15 was a complete dud. I tried every setting possible and it just didn’t detect well. I was barely able to see cows at 75 yards. The same cows were blinding in my Pulsar monocular. The unit seemed solid and didn’t glitch or anything.

I've been using ATN for over 3 years now & have been very pleased with the product & the customer service.
We use the thermal to spot with & then dial in using night vision for the kill.
Can't imagine hunting hogs any other way.

As you are patiently awaiting the arrival of your new glass take some time to thoroughly read through the manual before(easily found online). Hopefully you have done some research and have an understanding of what all this jewel has to offer. True value for product can be attained by utilizing all of its features. You can already have you ballistics researched and you batteries and microsd card purchased as well. As far a performance goes, you will not be disappointed. Make sure and learn shortcut for the power button NUC! I have found a few things I wish were better and have listed them below, however these are not a deal breaker! Thanks OpticsPlanet!

You cannot use the record button unless RAV is turn off.
The rangefinder function could use an easy shortcut.
The front lens cover could have a string or some type of storage place on the scope.
The obsidian app is iffy at best. Sometimes doesn't connect in the viewfinder, sometimes cuts in and out.

This thing is awesome. Tons of features that are easy to use. Would recommend reading the instructions before messing with the product. It allows you to save and maintain several different ballistic profiles. Connecting to my Android Phone via wifi was easy to do. The short cut start up manual and main manual are excellent. Buy it and turn the night into day.

This is an amazing product. Zeroed my AR in within 5 minutes of adjusting my ballistic and environment settings. Updates are easy with a Micro SD card and adapter. Battery life is good with good quality batteries. Love this product and will be buying a Thor LT shortly for another rifle.

This is my second ATN thermal scope. The first was very impressive when I bought it a few years ago. The ATN ThOR-HD 640 is awesome. The built in Wifi is a great addition so that my whole hunting party can see the same view as the shooter. The resolution and focus are much improved from my older model. Uses standard AA batteries that are cheaper and easier to find than 123's. Very pleased with my purchase.
