Defective ltv 4x12 returned and now lost - ATN Thor LTV 4-12x Thermal Imaging Rifle Scopes Gen 5

I will submit another review here upon the outcome of this disaster. I purchased a ATN Global Thermal latest gen 4x12 1800.00. 200 rounds later and two different sets of mounts and I gave up. Called ATN in Texas who said no problem send it back we’ll send u a label for the shipper to print it out. I did as instructed for a receipt for drop off and was told by shipper it’d go out that day FedEx. Four days later FedEx shows it’s still waiting for a label when I saw the label printed out myself. I pulled up the label and the return address was way wrong by ATN. I called ATN who said they fixed the address issue. Called the shipper and they said I never dropped it off period. I had to drive a hour up to the shipper waiving proof that I had dropped it off there and made the manager check again who said oh I’m sorry I see on my screen that it was dropped off and picked up same day gave me the print out . So I submit the proof of purchase the proof of dropping it off with a time stamp of it being picked up by FedEx. Check the tracking number “label expired”. Still at shipper . Long story short is the shipper provides proof of pick up only after saying it wasn’t and never was there while FedEx showing it was not there but picked up in a town of population 52. BFE. No FedEx there . So ATN promised me that even if FedEx denies the lost stolen claim they still will send me out a new one. That was nearly two weeks ago. And I get nothing but promises from ATN that I had to fight for tooth and nail for them to admit they even stated said promises , their own words. FedEx don’t fulfil claims or I’ve never known them to. So it appears Im in limbo without a scope without 1800.00 but I do have kind words and many promises which I want to believe will be kept. The scope was junk and it couldn’t hold a 12 inch group at 50 yards . Totally erratic and scary inaccurate. I’ll write with the outcome and change my review if need be.
