I really spent a lot of time looking into the Pulsar, AGM, and ATN units and landed on the ATN Thor LTV...and I am so happy I did. The 640 resolution is a game changer, detailed at 4x magnification and do not lose much at 12x. When you scan across a field the picture is smooth and crisp. Was happy with the distance at which you can identify. Unit has been flawless right out of the box.

Thermal image quality is very nice and clear. I was happy when I saw that in the box it came with a carrying case for the scope and rings for the scope. I am a first time thermal user but I can say with confidence I will stick with ATN for years to come and have recommended it to all my family/friends.

I bought it mainly for the video recording, and it hasn't dissapointed. Being able to record my hunts, especially when I bag a coyote, is so cool. I can easily show my buddies what happened out in the field. As a hunter, I use this mostly for coyote hunting at night, and it's perfect for documenting those successful hunts. The video recording is super easy to use and even easier to share.
