They sent me a replacement that does not work either - ATN X-Sight 5 3-15x UHD Smart Day/Night Hunting Rifle Scope, 30mm Tube w/ Gen 5 Sensor

I received an ATN X-Sight. It did not power on. Optics Planet sent me a replacement quickly with no shipping charge. The second one charged and powered on to a blank, static screen. I went through the process to install the new firmware. While doing that it powered down and turned into a paperweight just like the first one. It is not OP’s fault. They are a good, honest retailer. This particular product is simply junk. I am disappointed. Perhaps night vision is one of those products where you get what you pay for.
