As of this review, I had used this optic one time and it worked great. Zeroing was very easy (5 bullets total) and performed well on my first hunt (3 hogs just after dark). Great hunting scope

I purchased the x sight 5 last year for a hunt in Texas. This scope was nothing but amazing! I have shot several different scopes in career and this one is by far one of the best. I like ATN services so much I decided to purchase another thermal scope for hunting this year.

First time hunter

I have never hunted before until my buddy asked me to go with him and I used his X-Sight 5 and it was amazing so much so, that I bought my own. I have gone hunting so many times with it and it makes those shots easy.

They sent me a replacement that does not work either

I received an ATN X-Sight. It did not power on. Optics Planet sent me a replacement quickly with no shipping charge. The second one charged and powered on to a blank, static screen. I went through the process to install the new firmware. While doing that it powered down and turned into a paperweight just like the first one. It is not OP’s fault. They are a good, honest retailer. This particular product is simply junk. I am disappointed. Perhaps night vision is one of those products where you get what you pay for.

This is the coolest scope ever, I mean this thing has recording and is so crisp. After testing it I told all my friends and they are gonna buy it too. ATN needs to keep making cool products so it can make my wallet smaller hahaha

I do not know how I hunted without this scope before. I do not think I can go back to glass scopes. This make coyote hunting at night so easy and tournaments will be so much easier to win now too haha.

Target shooter

I am a mid to long range prs target shooter and this is perfect for under 500 yards. It along with my rifle are a tack driver set up. I can literally never miss with this thing. I will be making multiple profiles for some backyard pest control too.
