Customer service - ATN X-Sight 5 LRF 3-15x UHD Smart Day/Night Hunting Rifle Scope, 30mm Tube w/ Gen 5 Sensor

I have had this scope for just over a year and I love it. Had a few issues with RAV. Just recently was unable to update the firmware and spoke with Rod Gerard. He quickly explained what was going on and sent a prepaid return shipping label to send in my scope to be updated. Im pretty sure the turnaround time will be short just as it was when I purchased the scope. ATN knows how to take care of their customers.
